Bloody Mary Metal Winterspell Collection Launch

When I had an invite from Amy (from Bloody Mary Metal, AKA the coolest thing to come from Cornwall since the cornish pasty) to come and see their new Winterspell collection at the Abandon Ship Apparel store in Carnaby Street, how could I possibly say no!?

Bloody Mary Metal had such creative ways of showcasing their jewellery, they put a personalised ring in a bauble which we had to find on a Christmas tree (how amazingly original) and then they each gave us a goody bag which were extremely personalised. The goody bags had crackers in them, which we had to pull with other people, and inside the crackers were little goody bags and extremely bad jokes! (E.g. Why did the music teacher climb the ladder? To get to the high notes…) but bad jokes aside, the thought and effort that was put into everything was so amazing! There was even a note book with ‘The Fashion Antlers’ printed on the front, as well as a silver antlers necklace and a gorgeous Abandon Ship Apparel dress.

Even the cupcakes mirrored their Winterspell collection, snowflakes, cross bones, antlers, even the crisps were antler shaped! I need to know where these were from so I can get some of those for myself. Anyway, cupcakes and crisps aside, the jewellery itself was gorgeous.

With antler earrings, wish bone necklaces and their classic arrow necklaces, their Winterspell collection was gorgeous. Some of my favourite pieces were the large crystal rings, they’re the perfect mix of ‘statement’ and delicate. Other personal favourites include the lace moon necklace and tribal moon ring.
